Brookline DPW hosted an Open House to share information and hear feedback on the project. Members of the project team were in attendance to answer design-related questions and give a short presentation providing a big-picture overview of the project and details on concerns raised by the business community at the most recent DRC meeting.

The project team presented an updated layout of the redesigned corridor from Beacon Street to Cypress Street. This new design includes additional parking spaces preserved along the corridor compared to the previous design, while maintaining the integrity and safety of all elements of the project including the sidewalk-level separated bike lanes, enhanced sidewalks, and fully compliant MBTA bus stops.
